In various embodiments, a sheet, in particular organic light-emitting device (1) is provided. The planar light emitting device (1) comprises: a first electrode (20); an organic functional layer structure (22) over the first electrode (20); a second electrode (23) over the organic functional layers structure (22); a packaging structure (24) encapsulating the organic functional layer structure (22) and disposed at least over the second electrode (23); and a heat conduction layer (42) adjacent to each other having laterally at least one electrically conductive portion (44, 46, 47, 48, 49) and at least one electrically insulating portion (50, 52, 53). The electrically conductive portion (44, 46, 47, 48, 49) is electrically connected to the first electrode (20) or the second electrode (23). A first thermal conductivity of the electrically conductive portion (44, 46, 47, 48, 49) is equal or at least approximately the same as a second thermal conductivity of the electrically insulating portion (50, 52, 53).
