The invention discloses a solid two-half-retainer two-sided electrical riveting processing method, relates to a bearing riveting method, and aims to solve the problems that rivets and retainers have an open-joint phenomenon after the rivets are riveted due to the fact that existing bearing riveting is insufficient in sealing degree between cold heading rivet heads and the retainers, and fracture resistance is reduced due to the fact that cold heading rivets have a cold hardening phenomenon. The processing method comprises the following steps: I, cutting rivets; II, preparing a rivet loading mould; III, preparing a riveting mould including (1) a riveting upper mould, (2) a first-side riveting lower mould and (3) a second-side riveting lower mould; and IV, riveting: (1) loading rivets and racking; (2) carrying out first end-surface rivet electrical riveting; and (3) carrying out second end-surface rivet electrical riveting, thereby completing solid two-half-retainer two-sided electrical riveting processing. The solid two-half-retainer two-sided electrical riveting processing method has the advantages that: a bearing has no abnormality after operating for 1250 hours. The solid two-half-retainer two-sided electrical riveting processing method is mainly used for carrying out solid two-half-retainer two-sided electrical riveting on the bearing.
