Preparation of soy isoflavonoids for the production of anti-equol monoclonal antibody

Abstract We prepared soy isoflavonoids related to equol, a potent estrogenic compound metabolized from daidzein. These products were subjected to a competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to obtain highly selective anti-equol monoclonal antibody.
