The invention relates to a liquid washing or cleaning agent containing a surfactant mixture comprising at least an anionic surfactant and an alkyl polyglucoside (APG), a foam booster, and an electrolyte, wherein the ratio of anionic surfactant to electrolyte greater than 10: 1. Such washing or cleaning agents are high foaming and have a viscosity which allows their use in hand washing.
