Carrying out local care for epidermal necrolysis: survey of practices.

2020
Patients with epidermal necrolysis (EN, Stevens-Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis) are managed in dermatology, intensive care units (ICU) or burn centres. Guidelines emphasize the key role of supportive care, especially for the prevention of infections. However, data reporting on practical modalities of skin and mucosal care remain scarce. We aimed to conduct an audit of practices for local care of patients with EN in France.
