Method for forming wind power flange

2012
The invention discloses a method for forming a wind power flange. According to the method, the chemical component proportion of low-alloy high-strength steel for manufacturing the wind power flange is adjusted. The wind power flange comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 0.25 to 0.60 percent of carbon, 0.35 to 0.50 percent of silicon, 1.2 to 1.70 percent of manganese, 0.015 to 0.025 percent of phosphorus, 0.012 to 0.02 percent of sulfur, 0.30 to 0.80 percent of chromium, 0.10 to 0.30 percent of molybdenum, 0.15 to 0.30 percent of vanadium, 0.30 to 0.50 percent of nickel, 0.15 to 0.3 percent of copper, 0.015 to 0.05 percent of nitrogen, less than or equal to 0.2 percent of titanium, less than or equal to 0.06 percent of niobium and the balance of iron. The manufactured wind power flange has high strength, toughness and low-temperature impact resistance, and can safely and stably bear a load under the conditions of strong wind energy and large temperature difference.
