Testing of Void Content in Carbon Fibre Reinforced Composite Materials Based on Spectrum Analysis

A new method based on ultrasonic spectrum analysis is proposed for non-destructive testing of void content of carbon fibre reinforced plastics.In order to analyze and discuss spectrum experiment spectrum analytic theory and application of void content measure testing of carbon fibre reinforced plastics is described.The method establishes a testing model,which is based on theoretical models and calibrated by experiment.An example to illustrate the implementation and realization of the method and the relative experiment results are given.
