Resonant fretting fatigue simulation experiment system for internal combustion engine

2012
The utility model relates to a resonant fretting fatigue simulation experiment system for internal combustion engines, which belongs to the technical field of fatigue strength of internal combustion engines. The system comprises a fretting fatigue device, an accelerometer, an electronic control unit, an electric vibration generator, a vibration generator push rod and two inertia vibrating plates, wherein the fretting fatigue device comprises specimens, pre-tightening bolts, pressure heads, U-type connectors, a base, loaded push rods and load applying shafts. The system can be applied to study on fretting fatigue problem of structural components under load of typical characteristics of internal combustion engines. Compared with traditional fretting fatigue simulation experiments, contact between planes can be taken into consideration in the fretting fatigue simulation experiment system provided by the utility model, and research on fretting fatigue problem of the specimens under the action of different load characteristics and load levels can be carried out by changing the proportional relation of total load size with tangential load and normal load.
