The Operation Mode of Provincial Energy Big Data Center

With the development of energy infrastructure, the energy industry has accumulated a large amount of energy data. How to make full use of energy big data is the key to improve the utilization efficiency of national energy resources. This paper simplified the operation mode and the overall analysis of the model, put forward the E-BDBC (Energy Big Data Business Canvas) operation mode analysis tool, and analyzes the elements considered by the E-BDBC operation mode analysis tool for the energy big data scenario. The fuzzy comprehensive judgment matrix and Delphi method are used to evaluate the operation mode, and then the operation mode is continuously improved. Based on the E-BDBC operation mode analysis tool, this paper analyzed the market situation, profit model, ecological strategy and operator selection of provincial energy big data, in order to provide some references for the operation plan of provincial energy big data center.
