[A case of post-traumatic nasal hemorrhage stopped by externa carotid artery ligation].

: A case of severe posttraumal epistaxis treated by external carotid artery ligation is reported. This surgical procedure seems to be relatively simple and highly effective in the management of refractory epistaxis.
