The invention discloses a plate heat exchanger comprising staggered-arrangement heat pipe arrays. The plate heat exchanger comprises an upper cover plate, a middle heat transfer plate and a lower cover plate. A heat exchange area is formed in the middle of the lower end face of the upper cover plate. Triangular-prism-shaped fluid distribution cavities are formed in the two ends of the heat exchange area and connected with a cold flow outlet stainless steel pipe and a cold flow inlet stainless steel pipe. A heat exchange area is formed in the middle of the upper end face of the lower cover plate, and triangular-prism-shaped fluid distribution cavities are formed in the two ends of the heat exchange area and connected with a hot flow outlet stainless steel pipe and a hot flow inlet stainless steel pipe. Circular through hole arrays distributed in a staggered manner are arranged in the middle heat transfer plate, a plurality of circular protrusions are formed at the positions, beside the circular through holes, of the upper surface and the lower surface of the middle heat transfer plate, and the heat pipe arrays are arranged in the circular through hole arrays distributed in the staggered manner. Each heat pipe is divided by the middle heat transfer plate into a condensation end and an evaporation end. According to the plate heat exchanger, the middle heat transfer plate and the heat pipes serve as heat transfer elements, and higher heat transfer efficiency is achieved. The heat pipes are distributed in the heat exchanger in an array and staggered manner, a large heat transfer area is achieved, and the heat pipes make contact with fluid more sufficiently.
