Shied connector mounting structure and shield connector

The present invention aims to provide a shield connector capable of satisfying sealing performance and grounding performance, and a shield connector mounting structure. A shield connector mounted in a metal fitting member formed with a mounting recess includes a housing with a base (45) to be mounted into a metallic mating member. A connector fitting is formed on a top side of the base and a mounting projection is formed on an under side of the base. A sealing ring is inserted between the outer peripheral wall of the mounting projection and the inner circumferential wall of the mounting recess, and compressed along a direction vertical to the longitudinal direction. A shield shell is mounted between an inner tube and an outer tube of the connector fitting. A nut accommodating portion is formed in the mounting projection of the housing and a nut is mounted in the nut accommodating portion to be freely movable in the longitudinal direction. A connecting portion extends to close an opening of the nut accommodating portion while being bent sideways at a rear end of the shield shell in the longitudinal direction.
