Preparation of P-reduced graphene oxide composites by one-step hydrothermal method as stable electrode materials

2020
Abstract P-reduced graphene oxide (GP) composite material was prepared adopting one-step hydrothermal reaction. Effects of the ratio of GO to P on the electrochemical properties of GP electrode are investigated in details. The morphology and structure characterization shows that the nano-sized red P is evenly dispersed into rGO nanosheets. The electrochemical performance tests show that the specific capacitance of GP1 electrode (the mass ratio of P to GO is 2:3) reaches 165F g−1 when current density is set at 0.3 A g−1. The composite GP1 electrode exhibits excellent rate capability and maximum charging-discharging time when used as electrodes.
