Необходимость реформы адвокатуры России

This article analyzes the reform of the legal services and the legal profession market on the basis of the «Justice» state program. The author presents his criticism of the problems accumulated over the past 12 years, and proposals for the reformation and improvement of the future Russian legal profession, basing on the international experience and domestic mistakes and miscalculations.
