Возможности скрининга заболеваний желудочно-кишечного тракта у учащихся средних и высших учебных заведений на ежегодных медицинских осмотрах

The results of application developed by the authors of the original questionnaires during the medical examination of the university students, schoolchildren and students in specialized secondary educational institution are presented. The use of questionnaires for students and schoolchildren can identify individual risk factors of gastroduodenal diseases, the degree of disease control, to give sound recommendations on screening, treatment, prevention, and identify groups for follow-up. The authors have developed an algorithm for the management of patients in the urban student health centers, reflecting all stages of diagnosis, treatment and prevention.
