The device comprises a feed pump, a raw material preheater, a microwave catalytic reactor, a microwave generator, a temperature controller, an infrared probe, a condenser, a product tank and a discharge pump, wherein the feed pump is connected with the preheater, the raw material preheater is connected with an inlet of the microwave catalytic reactor, an outlet of the microwave catalytic reactor is connected with the condenser, the condenser is connected with an upper opening of the product tank, and a lower opening of the product tank is connected with the discharge pump. The microwave catalytic reactor is placed in the microwave generator, and the microwave generator is connected with the temperature controller and the infrared probe. The undecylenic acid methyl ester is prepared through the steps of preparation of undecylenic acid methyl ester and heptaldehyde through a microwave pyrolysis reaction device by using high-purity methyl ricinoleate prepared by ester exchange and rectification as a raw material, and preparation of undecylenic acid methyl ester by separation and purification. The cracking preparation device provided by the utility model has benefits that uniformly heating can be performed by microwaves, compared with a conventional heating manner, heating by the microwaves consumes less electricity, and the device can be continuously operated, so that the device is suitable for industrial production.
