Nowadays, the mix of processes of artistic creation and educational projects has begun to be frequent in the educational institutions - young spas, cultural centers, schools, institutes, etc. This article aims to offer some ideas about the potentialities, limits and tensions of the meeting point of these three elements that are urban art, public space and education. That place where borders are erased and social participation and transformation is given.
