The heat exchange surfaces deposits formation and their influence on the heat transfer and hydraulic resistance coefficients
2017
The main types of the heat exchange surfaces deposits when using heat transfer fluid are considered. Calculation dependences for scale formation velocity and heat transfer coefficient defining taking into account scale thermal resistance coefficient are represented. The calculation data for deposits formation velocity, thermal resistance coefficient and pressure losses increase are presented besides the assessment of the heat transfer surface deposits thickness impact on the heat exchanging unit hydraulic losses was carried out.
