Counter-Rubuttal to Compton's Article

Abstract First they seem to lack a fundamental knowledge of spectroscopy and their rebuttals seem to be too unreasonable to blame a series of our paper1–10. For example, the reference24 described n-butane as having a bent form C2h. However the experimental results cannot be explained according to C2h′ but can be explained according to nonrigid linear form D3d. Next I touch upon the rebuttals of Compton, and the Mckean and Dunkan44 which were noted in the present Compton's article.
