Signal sensing method for touch panel and related device of method

The invention discloses a signal sensing method for a touch panel. The touch panel comprises multiple sensing lines and multiple driving lines. The method comprises the steps as follows: generating an electromagnetic signal or a capacitance signal on the touch panel; when the electromagnetic signal is generated, forming multiple first loops through the multiple sensing lines to sense a horizontal axis coordinate of the electromagnetic signal on the touch panel, and forming multiple second loops through the multiple driving lines to sense a longitudinal axis coordinate of the electromagnetic signal on the touch panel; when the capacitance signal is generated, sensing a horizontal axis coordinate of the capacitance signal on the touch panel through the multiple sensing lines, and sensing a longitudinal axis coordinate of the capacitance signal on the touch panel through the multiple driving lines.
