A kind of improved control method for Z-source inverter MPPT

For maximum power point tracking (MPPT) and DC voltage stability of the Z-source inverter, This paper proposed a improved MPPT control method, put the Fuzzy PID theory into the traditional Z-source inverter MPPT control method, through the fuzzy inference and defuzzification. Then the output is multiplied by the scaling factor to convert the PID controller proportional integral differential coefficient variation. It can not only achieve maximum power point tracking, but also inhibite the DC voltage disturbances effectively. Simulation comparing conventional MPPT control methods results shows the effectiveness of the method.
