Mixer for measuring microwave power

2011
The utility model relates to a mixer for measuring microwave power, belonging to the devices for measuring the microwave power. The mixer comprises a barrel-type shell body, water flow mixing boards, a water inlet pipe seat (orifice) and a water outlet pipe seat (orifice), wherein the barrel-type shell body is provided with annular end enclosures, each water flow mixing board is arranged in the shell body and is provided with water through holes, and the water inlet pipe seat (orifice) and the water outlet pipe seat (orifice) are arranged on(in) the end enclosures at two ends of the shell body. During the use of the mixer, when water flows which are not evenly heated enter a mixing cavity and are automatically mixed by the water flow mixing boards, the temperature gradient of a water flow cross section can be effectively eliminated, and then, the temperature of the whole water flow cross section can be consistent; and a power value directly measured by a high-frequency power meter is the power of microwave outputted by a waveguide and has no need of being calibrated by a power calibration meter. Thus, the mixer for measuring the microwave power has the characteristics that: the mixer is simple in structure, convenient in use and dispensed with debugging, the process of measuring the power of inputted microwave and the like is simple and fast, the accuracy is high, and the error is only about 2%, so that the efficiency and the accuracy for measuring the microwave power are effectively improved, the cost for measurement and a measurement system is lowered, the mixer can be used for measuring the power of microwave of a square waveguide and can also be used for measuring the power of high-power microwave of a circular waveguide, and the like.
