The invention discloses a production method of a cantilever beam track of a self-elevating drilling platform. The production method comprises the following steps of a preprocessing step, a reverse deformation step, a make-up step, a jig frame providing and assembling step and a detection step, wherein the preprocessing step comprises the steps of blanking, tapping and marking out; the reverse deformation processing step comprises a step of using a press to compress on a non-structural surface of a track bottom plate along a center line, causing the lateral bending of a lath, and making the transverse arch of the track bottom plate to be 3 mm, so as to offset the welding deformation during the sliding assembling; the jig frame providing and assembling step comprises the steps of producing a special jig frame, fixing the track bottom plate and mounting clamping plates on the two sides of the track bottom plate to control deformation, then orderly mounting a web, a bracket and an inclined plate, and for a section of upturned curved track of a longitudinal rack, producing the jig frame according to the height change of the value of a molded line. The production method of the cantilever beam track of the self-elevating drilling platform has the following beneficial effects: by adopting the method of reverse deformation before welding and clamping the clamping plate when welding, the production precision is more accurate, the working efficiency is greatly improved and the cost is reduced.
