A novel expansible current-mode sorter

A novel expansible current-mode sorter based on magnitude is proposed. Its structure is simple and flexible. It can be cascaded easily for more inputs. At present, the sorter has been successfully fabricated in 1 µm standard digital CMOS processes. Experimental results show that the sorter has good performance.
