Low Carbon City- A Designer’s Manual

One of the manuals in Low Carbon City Users Manuals research project. This academic research project is organized by the Shenzhen Center for Design. Each research team is tasked to produce one ‘User’s Manual’ in relation to specific topics involved in the planning, design, and implementation of low carbon urban development.
