Grimes County Thoroughfare Plan

This project was completed in the Texas Target Communities program at Texas A&M University. In partnership with Grimes County, officials and staff provided feedback to the plan. The plan was developed for the Master of Urban Planning thesis requirement in the Department of Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning by Lauren Simcic.
