UNA APROXIMACIÓN A LA ASISTENCIA INTERMITENTE Y DESERCIÓN EN EDUCACIÓN INICIAL, EN ESCUELAS INSERTAS EN CONTEXTOS DE VULNERABILIDAD SOCIAL

Contextualizando…. A veinte anos del planteo de la universalizacion de la Educacion Inicial, las estadisticas dan cuenta de elevados niveles de ausentismo y asistencia intermitente en ninos y ninas que asisten a los niveles de 4 y 5 en Escuelas Publicas. La asiduidad en la concurrencia a la Educacion Inicial se torna en un problema educativo central dado que incide en los aprendizajes posteriores del nino, y en su particular modalidad de transitar por la institucion educativa. Dada la relevancia que la misma conlleva nos planteamos comprender que factores inciden en la asistencia intermitente y la desercion en el nivel Inicial de Escuelas Publicas de Contexto Sociocultural Critico (CSCC). Aproximandonos al fenomeno, compartimos que el mismo no podria explicarse de un modo unicausal en la medida que responde a multiples factores. Las condiciones socioeconomicas suelen tomarse como factores explicativos. Sin embargo otos factores estan incidiendo tales como la valoracion de los aprendizajes por parte de las familias - desconociendo el valor educativo que esta etapa presenta-, la distancia al Centro educativo, la presencia de un ambiente familiar capaz de sostener y acompanar los aprendizajes de los ninos; el vinculo Familia-Centro educativo, las caracteristicas inclusivas del Centro, entre otras. Twenty years to the presentation of universal preschool education, the statistics account for high levels of absenteeism and intermittent attendance among children attending levels 4 and 5 in Public Schools. The regularity in attendance at early education becomes a central educational problem because that affects the child’s later learning, and in his particular mode of travel on the school. Given the importance that it involves understanding what we consider factors influence the intermittent attendance and dropout at the Initial Public Schools Critical Sociocultural Context (CSCC). Approaching the phenomenon, we share the same could not be explained in a single-cause the extent that responds to multiple factors. The socioeconomic conditions are taken as explanatory factors. However otos are influencing factors such as the assessment of learning by the families - unaware of the educational value of this period presented, the distance to the school, the presence of a family able to support and accompany the learning of children, family ties, educational institutions, inclusive features of the Center, among others.
