On Balancing Work and Family for College Teachers

Conflicts between work and family will affect the career development of college teachers.This paper analyzes the forms and nature of the conflict,taking the peculiarity of college teaching faculty into consideration,and then suggests strategies on how to balance work and family from the perspective of the teachers and the colleges.
