The invention discloses a single-motor multi-way controllable power output system of a hybrid power engineering machine. The system comprises a driving motor and a plurality of output monomers, wherein an output shaft of the driving motor is connected with a transmission main shaft through a coupler, a plurality of first bevel gears are arranged on the transmission main shaft at intervals, each output monomer comprises a first driven output shaft, each first driven output shaft is provided with a second bevel gear matched with the corresponding first bevel gear; each output monomer is provided with a clutch device, one end of each clutch device is connected with a first driven output shaft, the other end of each clutch device is connected with a second driven output shaft, and an output gear is installed on the second driven output shaft. Compared with the prior art, the system only needs to adopt a single power source, multi-way output can be achieved, and multi-way output can be independently controlled, so that the structure of a power and transmission system of the engineering machine needing to be output in multiple ways in the prior art is greatly simplified.
