Abordul endoscopic al osteomului de sinus frontal

2018
Sinonasal osteoma is frequently encountered in ENT practice, being commonly located in the frontal sinus. It may remain asymptomatic for long periods or may be an accidental finding after a routine imagistic examination. The treatment is required if the osteoma becomes symptomatic of if it grows in volume. CT examination has an important role in establishing the possibility of an endoscopic approach, which is the treatment of choice. The authors are presenting the endoscopic approach of a frontal sinus osteoma.
