Adenoma size and postoperative IGF-1 levels predict surgical outcomes in acromegaly patients: results of the Swiss Pituitary Registry (SwissPit)

So far, there is no standard set of prognostic parameters for patients diagnosed with acromegaly that helps to predict treatment outcomes, and might help to optimise initial treatment decisions and frequencies of follow-up visits.
