Papillon Lefe’vre Syndrome with Hepatic Abscess PLS is a rare condition with an incidence of between one and four persons per million. The disease is an autosomal recessive inheritance and presents with palmoplantar keratoderma and destructive periodontitis usually beginning in early childhood.
