Provided are a display substrate and a method for manufacturing same, and a display device. The display substrate comprises: a base (1); a deformable first electrode (2) provided on the base (1); an intermediate frame (3) provided on the side of the base (1) away from the first electrode (2); and a second electrode (4) provided between the intermediate frame (3) and the base (1) and forming a capacitor with the first electrode (2), the capacitance of the capacitor varying along with the deformation of the first electrode (2). By means of providing the second electrode (4) on the intermediate frame (3), a capacitor is formed by the second electrode and the first electrode (2) on the base (1) as a pressure sensor, thereby integrating the pressure sensor into the display substrate, facilitating the reduction of the space occupied by the pressure sensor in the display substrate.
