Jetting device used for generating liquid drops in low-viscosity liquid space environment

2017
The invention relates to a jetting device used for generating liquid drops in a low-viscosity liquid space environment. The jetting device solves the problem that in the prior art, for low-viscosity liquid, by means of a single spray hole, a Rayleigh mode is directly utilized, and uniform liquid drops with the large size cannot be jetted and generated. The liquid drop jetting device comprises a shell, a piezoelectric ceramic actuator, a rectifier plate, a spray head and a rubber sealing ring. The rectifier plate is provided with multiple rectifying through holes for equalizing liquid. The spray head is provided with multiple spray holes uniformly distributed along the circumference. The center line of each spray hole and the central axis of the spray head are intersected at the same point of the jetting downstream. Under the Rayleigh mode, jet flow surface waves sprayed by the single spray hole are gradually developed into liquid drop arrays with the uniform size, the small liquid arrays generated by all the spray holes collide in the intersecting position of the center line of the spray holes and are blended into liquid drop arrays with the large size, disturbance in the blending process is gradually dissipated under the effect of surface tension, and the generated large drops tend to be stable.
