Intellectual Property Protection of Geographical Indication for Grain in China

In grain resources,there were 61 types of product with national geographical indications,95 brands with national geographical indications,119 types of geographical indications for agricultural products.This article introduced the situation on protection of products with national geographical indication,registration of brands with national geographical indications and registration of geographical indications for agricultural products,and discussed the development countermeasures for intellectual property protection of grain geographical indications in China.
