Kronik radyasyon özofajiti

1997
It is possible to encounter the chronic radiation esophagitis even if it is uncommon. The occurrence of stricture in whole esophagus during therapeutic radiation to neck carcinomas such as larinx carcinomas is extremely rare . Only localized strictures were encountered in the literatures. On the barium meal esophagus graphics; osephagus had an robe appearances in its extent, narrowed and showed mucosal irregularities. Because the complications such as primary carcinoma and stricture in esophagus present after years of irradiation, the relation of esophagitis with radiation can be missed. As the stricture extents whole esophagus and the radiation osephagitis is not known well among other esophagitises, chronic radiation osephagitis were described and literatures were researched to come attention to this case. Radiation esophagitis is a common but frequently unrecognized whole-esophagus including radiation esophagilis as a complication of therapeutic radiation to neck lor the neck area carsinom.
