The invention discloses a multi-defence area locating type optical fiber vibration intrusion detection system, which is used for carrying out vibration intrusion detection on a defense area by using a transmission optical cable and has very high sensitivity. Compared with the traditional optical fiber vibration intrusion detection system, the system can be used for spatial location and simultaneously detecting a plurality of intrusion signals. The system comprises a temperature laser, an optical module, a photoelectric probe, a signal amplifier, a computer and a multi-defense area sensing part. The optical module comprises a 2*2 optical fiber coupler A, a 2*2 coupler B and optical fibers for connecting the 2*2 optical fiber coupler A and the 2*2 coupler B, the optical module further comprises an amplification circuit connected with a data collector, and the data collector is further connected with the computer.
