基于C/S+B/S混合模式的城市重大危险源管理系统的研究

The function and structure of the City Major Hazard Management System is analyzed. Aiming at the current limitation in technology application to this system, a solution is presented based on the hybrid mode of C/S (client/server) and B/S (browser/server). Key techniques are studies on database system, network architecture and security, compatibility and model system. And then, City Major Hazard Management System based on C/S+B/S hybrid mode is developed. This system is very significant in realizing the dynamic supervision of major hazards and the intelligent emergency management of major accidents, and in raising the efficiency of emergency rescue.
