This paper talks about Queue systems and Simulation. The principal objective is to show how the Queue systems and Simulation are complement. This is possible because the mathematic model validates the results of simulation model. And with the use of simulation, the researcher can deepen in the analysis of the queue system. To observe the above-mentioned, it is showed a queue system in a bank entity, the one which this conformed by a wait ing line “Preferential Line” and a location “The Cashier”. He assists the respec tive clients.
