The invention discloses a color filter substrate. The color filter substrate comprises a second substrate (21) as well as a first insulator (22) and second insulators (23) which are arranged on the second substrate (21), wherein the first insulator (22) corresponds to a groove (121) in a flat layer (12) of an array substrate; the second insulators (23) correspond to areas, excluding the groove (121), in the flat layer (12) of the array substrate, and the first insulator (22) is higher than each second insulator (23). The invention further discloses an LCD panel provided with the color filter substrate and an LCD provided with the LCD panel. Uniformity of intervals between LCD panels is maintained through the first insulator and the second insulators which have height difference, so that the phenomenon of non-uniform brightness of the LCD panel cannot be caused.
