The invention relates to a production method of a high-strength and high-toughness laminar film plastic. The production method is composed of the following steps: firstly, selecting raw materials, mixing an unsaturated resin with a flexibilizer first and increasing the temperature to 60 DEG C, continuously stirring at a speed of 300-500r/min for 15 minutes, after the flexibilizer and the unsaturated resin are mixed evenly and cooled, orderly adding a vinyl resin, a low shrinkage additive and a filler, stirring, and adding other accessories while stirring; by adopting an SMC forming machine and adopting a one-inch roller, carrying out No.1 short cutting at the rotating speed of 46rev/min and by adopting a two-inch roller, carrying out No.2 short cutting at the rotating speed of 46rev/min, and adopting a mixing pump at the rotating speed of 800rev/min. The production method has the beneficial effects that the basic properties of the SMC film plastic can be effectively improved, and the properties of a compression-molded SMC part in the aspects of tenacity and shock resistance can be greatly improved.
