Construction method for vertical shaft bedrock section wall structure

2012
The invention relates to a construction method for a vertical shaft bedrock section wall structure. One or more circles of anchor rods fixed in surrounding rock are constructed at intervals from the top down in the excavated surrounding rock; a section which is equal to the thickness of the wall to be constructed is reserved on the exposed end of each constructed anchor rod; a steel plate layer which is formed into the inner ring of the shaft wall is mounted on the ends of the exposed sections of the anchor rods by nuts, and a bottom-protecting baffle is obliquely arranged on the bottom of the steel plate layer; a concrete layer is poured into the steel plate layer, so that the construction of a section of bedrock section wall structure is finished, and the construction of the next section of bedrock section wall structure is continued; and the process is repeated until the construction of the whole bedrock section wall structure is finished. The combined supporting method of anchor rod connection, steel plate constraint and concrete bonding is utilized to solve the problem on how to support the shaft bedrock section. The thickness of the composite wall structure can be greatly reduced, the integrity and watertightness of the wall are greatly enhanced, the construction cost can be greatly reduced, and the construction method has wide practicability and popularization value.
