Organizations are among the cornerstones of society. A unique sort of organizational culture eventually emerges during their establishment and development. Organizational culture seeks to promote unity and harmony, and to encourage the passion and ingenuity of workers to increase the economic efficiency of the organization. Furthermore, workplace behavior is greatly influenced by organizational culture. The purpose of this study is to determine how organizational culture affects employee actions. It is important to understand that to strengthen the business management of the company and enable the organizational culture to have the right effect on the employees. The study results show that organizational culture mainly affects motivation, encourages individual learning, enhances communication and strengthens organizational values, group decision-making and conflict resolution. The only thing done by mentors are management of society, very necessary. Organizational Culture is one of the most significant organizational research constructs. This exploratory research explores the effect of organizational culture on the success of organizations.
