Research on image monitoring technology for NC machine tool

A kind of image monitoring system for NC machine tool is proposed. The machining status of the NC machine tool is sampled and displayed in real time. So the operator can control the machine tool according to the actual condition. Moreover, the image data can be transmitted to the remote monitoring PC and the remote operator seems to operate the machine tool personally on the scene. The control and operation for NC machine tool is improved greatly.
