热压对喷涂SiC(下标 p)/Al复合材料组织和热性能的影响

To make SiC(subscript p)/Al composites apply on the field of electronic packaging, SiC(subscript p)/Al composites was fabricated by subsonic flame spraying techniques. The effects of hot pressed treatment on microstructures and thermal properties of sparying SiC(subscript p)/Al composites were discussed. The results show that the main influences of thermal properties of SiC(subscript p)/Al composites are pores and SiC volume fraction. After hot pressed treatment, the pores in SiC(subscript p)/Al composites are reduced in effect. The microstructures of the composites are uniform and dense. At the same time, the interfaces between SiC particle and Al bond well. Compared to as-sprayed, the thermal expansion coefficients and thermal conductivities of SiC(subscript p)/Al composites all increase a lot after hot pressed treatment.
