Leukokeratoderma estrovale digitorum inversa

As the unifying feature, keratodermas display aberrant cornification. They can be subdivided into symptomatic and hereditary types. The symptomatic keratodermas have either an endogenous or an exogenous cause. We describe a woman with a unique type of seasonal hyperkeratosis and hypopigmentation involving the dorsum of her fingers.
