Dermatoglyph consists of palm print, fingerprint and footprint. Information of dermatoglyph can be useful as tools for tracing individual or group’s characteristics, even have correlation with body constitution, intelligence and disease. This article overviewed current situation of the Chinese nation, relationship of dermatoglyph with body constitution and sickness, standard and statistics method, as well as collection and identification of dermatoglyph.
