Progress in the Research of Alzheimer's Disease and Its Drug Therapies

Alzheimer抯 disease (AD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder with severe cognitive, behavioral, and functional impairment. Its etiology is still unkown. In this paper, the recent research progress of AD and its drug therapies are reviewed.
