Superconducting Nb/sub 3+x/Ge/sub 1-x/ films with a critical temperature of 24/sup 0/K

Experiments are reported which show that the hydrogen reduction method shows promise as a technological approach for chemical vapor deposition of superconducting films, on dielectric substrates, having transition temperatures above 20/sup 0/K.
