File Information Management in the Field of View of Path Dependence

In the information age,offices has become information center of units;file management is the window of the information society,and it's also associated studies,literature studies,and Informatics so to offer some references to the studies of public opinion,services in government construction,and transaction activity as well.The effects of institutional inertia lead to the errors of path dependence.from two viewpoints in this article,the author explore the innovation of file management in the fields of path dependence,and the file managers should take the responsibility to promote the leap-forward development,long-term peace and stability in Xinjiang new dedication.
